Family Service Foundation (FSF) is a nonprofit human service organization dedicated to meeting the mental health and social support needs of people across Maryland.
We provide mental health services, substance abuse counseling; community residential programs for those with developmental disabilities and/or severe mental illness; and day habilitation.
FSF specializes in serving deaf and deaf-blind individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health concerns. Full-time interpreters fluent in American Sign Language are available at all locations.

My family usually sends out a Christmas letter this time of year – highlights of the year, what family
members accomplished at school and work, where we went on vacation and family we visited. In a
sense, our family here at Family Service Foundation is doing the same by means of this holiday letter.
