Family Service Foundation (FSF) is a nonprofit
human service organization dedicated to meeting the mental
health and social service needs of the community. We take pride in the
people we serve.
We
provide mental health and substance counseling services, day
habilitation, residential programs, and psychiatric rehabilitation to
individuals, couples and families. We specialize in serving deaf,
deaf-blind, and people with intellectual disabilities.

Our Commitment to the Deaf Community
We
are an active part of the Deaf Community. We have trained American Sign
Language interpreters on site. We provide services
to
deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who need guidance, education or
support.

is licensed by: Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration,
Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration, Maryland's Mental
Health Administration, The Rehabilitation Services Administration, and
Montgomery County. FSF
is recognized by the Internal Revenue Services as a 501(c)(3),
